3. Dong Duong town
Dong Duong is the center of Phu Quoc Island where all cultural and economic activities are concentrated. Fresh mushrooms are cooked with seafood such as shrimp, fish and squid. Dried mushrooms are sautéed with abalone or sea cucumbers.
